ご使用の目安

日焼け止めの使い方： 日光に当たる15分前にたっぷり塗ってください。

少なくとも2時間おきに塗り直してください。

水泳時や汗をかく場合は、耐水性がある日焼け止めをご使用ください。

日焼け防止対策: 日光の下で長時間過ごすと、皮膚がんや早期の皮膚老化のリスクが高まります。

このリスクを軽減するには、広スペクトラムSPF15以上の日焼け止めクリームを塗ったり、以下のような日焼け止め対策を常に行ってください。

特に午前10時かが午後2時までの間は、直射日光をできるだけ避けてください。

長袖シャツ、長ズボン、帽子、サングラスを着用してください。

生後6か月以下の乳児：医師にご相談ください
