ご使用の目安

Hot TherapyMicrowave for 20 seconds. Do not overheat. Before direct use, test the temperature warmth with your fingers. If the mask feels too hot, wait 2 minutes to test your heat preference. This mask retains heat for approximately 30 minutes. If re-used within this time period, reduce microwave time by 10 seconds. Cold TherapyKeep the mask at cold temperature in the fridge, or place in the freezer for 1 hour before use.
