Step 1- Use on clean, dry skin. Carefully remove and unfold the first mask from the pouch and unfold completely. Step 2- Apply to target area of choice such as upper arm, thigh, stomach, hip, or buttock. Gently press to smooth into place. Repeat on other side with second mask* Step 3- Leave on for 10 minutes. You may feel a cool, tingling sensation. Discard mask(s) and massage excess product into skin.* Each pouch contains 2 masks for simultaneous treatments. If only using one, place the pouch with the extra mask in a sealed bag to prevent evaporation until ready to use.
